If you already own land, we'll evaluate it for buildability: soil conditions, drainage, utilities, HOA restrictions, and city setbacks. If you're still searching, we can help you identify suitable lots across the RGV that fit your vision and budget.

Financing & Budgeting

We'll walk you through your construction loan options and connect you with trusted RGV lenders who understand the custom build process. We provide a detailed, itemized budget before any contract is signed — so you know exactly what you're investing.

Design & Floor Plan

Our design team works with you to create a floor plan tailored to your lot and lifestyle. We refine it through collaborative reviews until it's exactly right. Exterior elevations, interior finishes, and all specifications are finalized before we break ground.

Construction

Once permits are approved, construction begins. You receive regular progress updates and site access. Our project manager keeps all trades on schedule and on budget. Canyon Gate's quality control team inspects at every major milestone.

Final Walkthrough & Delivery

Before you receive your keys, we conduct a thorough final walkthrough together. Every detail is reviewed. Any items are resolved immediately. You move into a home that is complete, clean, and covered by our builder's warranty.
